Advocate Medical Group at 13900 Quality Drive, Huntley, Illinois.

Was very excited that they opened this facility for mammograms since my mother in law lives in Del Webb and doesn't drive so I take her to all of her appointments. It is more convenient for us since I need to find sitters for my kids when she has appointments and we figured this would be a quick in and out visit. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I set up the appointment online nearly 2 weeks prior to the appointment because it was a day that worked for both of us and got confirmation for the date and time. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time and much to our dismay, they had no record of our appointment because apparently the schedule was blocked due to the machine being down for OVER A WEEK! Why I did not get a call or email to reschedule is beyond me. I asked if they could get us in to another facility that day because I had a babysitter for my kids and had driven all the way out there to take her. They could not get us in for an appointment at any of the surrounding facilities. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. If you choose to make an appointment at this facility for a mammogram, I would strongly suggest you call first to make sure their machine is operational because they WON'T call you!
